Join us for a morning of creative discovery where the process is the prize! Designed for ages 8-11 this free workshop invites artists to explore the wonders of spring through a play-based, Reggio-inspired lens.
Led by a Master’s-level art educator, this session is about letting curiosity lead the way. Rather than following a step-by-step tutorial, children will be presented with "invitations to create" using a curated selection of natural materials, vibrant paints, and tactile textures.
In this studio, we value the doing over the done. Please note: your child might not come home with a "museum-worthy" masterpiece or a finished portrait to hang on the fridge.
Instead, they will come home with:
The thrill of discovery (like finding out what happens when moss meets watercolors).
Creative problem-solving skills built through trial and error.
The confidence that comes from having total agency over their work.
We celebrate the messy, the experimental, and the "in-progress." Our goal is to nurture a love for creation that lasts long after the paint dries.
